Waterfall Warrior

Inhale up. Exhale to wave down, front shoulder touches or moves inside front knee. You can hold for a few breaths in the folded position… Eventually, the crown of your head may come to floor. This is the same position as Humble Warrior. Waterfall Warrior is the act of flowing up and down with the breath.
