Join me in one of the most energetic, soul-cleansing places on earth for three days and four nights of yoga, Self-discovery, great food and wine, and of course, the Painted Desert. The Sedona Rouge spa and hotel is gorgeous, with stone showers and lovely rooms overlooking the red rocks. The healing practitioners are top-notch, and if I do say so myself, the yoga won't be bad either.

What's included on this retreat:

The program is 3 days, though we are offering the 4th night free. If you can only stay until Sunday the price is the same. The Sunday night is an option--not mandatory.

Yoga Teachers get 10 hours Continuing Education Credits with Yoga Alliance for attending this mini-retreat.
