Plank to Up Dog Waves

I start in Down Dog and then wave to Plank or Up Dog, and back again, or wave into plank, then lower Chaturanga, Up Dog, and back to Dog. These waving motions start from the legs integrating into the pelvis (heels lifting), then curling the tailbone forward, and waving the low belly, front ribs, heart and head in, up and forward. Or, think of rolling that wave up the front of the spine from root to crown and back again. This opens habitual areas of tension in the back body, as well as supports the the low back spine from over-curving in this series of poses.
